We partner with leading carriers—including USPS, DHL, EMS, and select local postal services—to ensure your cakes arrive safely and on time.
2. Order Processing
- Payment Confirmation: We begin processing your order as soon as payment is successfully authorized.
- Business Days: Processing occurs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00), excluding the following 2025 postal holidays:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Presidents’ Day (February 17)
- Memorial Day (May 26)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (September 1)
- Thanksgiving Day (November 27)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
3. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
Your total delivery time equals Handling Time + Transit Time. While we strive for accuracy, please treat these estimates as guidelines:

- Tracking: Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. (Be sure to check spam/junk folders if you don’t see it.)
4. Cut-Off Time
Orders placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time on a business day will enter our fulfillment queue the same day. Any orders received after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
5. Personalized & Custom Orders
Custom or personalized designs require extra time. Depending on complexity, please allow an additional 2–7 business days for our design team to finalize your order before it ships.
6. Shipping Exclusions
We’re currently unable to ship to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO and other military addresses
- Addresses outside the United States
7. Order Tracking Details
- Confirmation Email: Immediately after purchase.
- Processing Notification: 1–2 business days later.
- Carrier Scan: Allow 3–7 days for your package to appear in the carrier’s tracking system.
- Live Tracking: Once scanned, you can monitor delivery progress via the provided link.
If tracking remains unavailable after 7 days, or if your order surpasses its ETA, please contact us for assistance.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for:
- Delivery to the wrong address due to customer error
- Packages returned to sender and discarded by our carriers
Returned shipments will incur a new shipping fee for re-delivery. We’re also not liable for any loss, theft, or damage if you request rerouting after dispatch.
