Q: How can I find a specific cake or product?
A: Use the Search bar at the top of any page—or browse by category via our main menu.

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No. You can check out as a guest with just shipping and payment details. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access a wishlist.


Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and major debit cards.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and are fully PCI-DSS compliant to safeguard your data.

Q: Can I apply a promo code?
A: Yes. Enter it in the Coupon / Gift Card field during checkout, then click Apply.


Shipping

Q: Which carriers do you use, and how long will delivery take?
A: We ship via USPS, DHL, EMS, and select local services.

  • Standard: 2–5 business days handling + 5–15 business days transit ($4.99)
  • Fast: 1–3 business days handling + 5–10 business days transit ($24.99)
    Orders cut off by 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) Mon–Fri are processed same day; otherwise, next business day.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email—be sure to check spam/junk folders.


Cancellations & Changes

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Yes! Email [email protected] or use our Contact Us page within 24 hours of purchase—no fees. After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be modified.

Q: What if I entered the wrong address?
A: Please double-check before checkout. Pomcakes isn’t responsible for delivery failures due to customer errors. Returned packages incur a new shipping fee.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return window?
A: You have 180 days from delivery to return non-sale items in original condition (unwashed, unworn, tags attached).

Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange?

  1. Contact us at [email protected] or via Contact Us.
  2. We’ll email return instructions and, if approved, a prepaid label for damaged/defective items.
  3. Ship it back with your invoice and tracking number.

Q: How much does return shipping cost?
A: $0.00 for approved returns (defects, damage, incorrect items) and one free size/color exchange per order.


Refunds

Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds—including original shipping—within 2 business days. If you don’t see the credit after 10–15 days, please check with your bank.

Q: What if my return is denied?
A: We’ll email you an explanation. You can contact us for next steps or to clarify eligibility.
